When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Delivery then takes 6–9 business days, so the estimated total delivery time is 7–11 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UK time) are processed on the next business day. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
How much does delivery cost, and where do you deliver?
Delivery is free on all orders, unless stated otherwise at checkout. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Depending on your location and order size, your parcel may be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD, UPS or FedEx.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel using that number or via the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. There are no restocking fees. To start a return, email support@devechi.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the item must be sent back using a tracked service.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives, we inspect it to check it meets our return conditions. After approval, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time before the funds appear in your account.
