Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. There are no restocking fees. To start a return, email support@devechi.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the item must be sent back using a tracked service.

Once your return arrives, we inspect it to check it meets our return conditions. After approval, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time before the funds appear in your account.
